Fleetwood Mac is unbelievably talented! Lindsey Buckinghams genuis guitar and Stevies voice is better than ever you still got it girl Mick Fleetwood and John McVie were awesome as usual i was disappointed to see that Christine wasn't there but Say You Will is just an awesome album it was the greatest experience of my life to tell you the truth

The show was amazing...For about 5 years I have only heard bootlegs, and seeing them live was about 10,000 times better than I had expected. Stevie sounded wonderful, Lindsey's guitar solo's rocked the house, and Mick's drum solo was much better than the one on the Tango tour...

Highlights:

"The Chain"--Classic opener!

"Rhiannon"--I know she will never be able to do it like on the FM Live album, but it still kicked ass.

"Peacekeeper"--Great Stevie/Lindsey joint collaboration

"Don't Stop"--Stevie did Chris' part better than I thought possible

"Stand Back"--The best version of this song I have EVER heard!

"Beautiful Child"--One of the best songs from "Tusk", Finally done live!!

All in all, it was a great show, The band rocked and the only pisser was : NO PROGRAM??? Oh well...

Rock On Fleetwood Mac!!!!!!

Wow! That was the 4th time in my relatively short lifetime to see Stevie... one of the few talents that has withstood the test of time and a band I will be excited to brag about seeing in their prime the older I, and they, get.

Fleetwood Mac besides being a phenomenal band as well as an amazing group of individuals has a real emotional place in my heart. They are burned into some of my happiest childhood memories with my dad and my passion for concert-going begins and ends with them!

The night was fabulous! Great food, great company, and a rockin' show! I had to stand up and dance to "Stand Back" screamed like a freak when Stevie started twirling! Lindsey on "I'm so Afraid" there are no words to fully explain the emotion and power that man can give to a guitar, especially on that song. ONE OF THE MOST UNDERRATED GUITAR PLAYERS IN R&R HISTORY! Amazing! Landslide of course was a fave and Goodbye Baby was a completely emotional, heart wrenching song that touched me so personally I could not stop crying the first time I heard it. "Gold Dust Woman" and "Gypsy" were other happy tunes to see, great performances from all! Wish the sound were better in the Ford center... Hey, can we get some Altec's in there? :)

Thanks to my family for contributing to an unforgettable night! "Oh, mirror in the sky, what is love? Can the child within my heart rise above? Can I sail through the changing ocean tides? Can I handle the seasons of my life?"

The show was amazing!

Based on some of the reviews I have read, I was afraid Stevie would stand there like a statue -- but no worries there. She looked happy to be there and was engaging the whole time. I have seen her before in concert, and I thought she never looked or sounded better. In fact, I am so happy after seeing this show, I am going to get tix for the KC appearance they have added to the lineup. Lindsey is on fire and seems to truly be enjoying himself, not just going thru the motions. I even enjoyed Fleetwood's drum solo -- even though I couldn't understand a word he said other than 'Are you with me?' All in all -- totally worth the ticket price and the four hour drive to see them!

The best concert I have seen at the Ford Center, It was almost perfect but the sound was still a bit off due to the acoustics of the Ford Center (The sound is still a bit too bassy/echo-y for major concerts but it has improved each time I have seen a show.)

And for the record the Fleetwood Mac fans were the best of the 4 major concerts (Paul McCartney, The Rolling Stones & Tim McGraw) I have seen at the Ford Center thus far...Sorry Paul McCartney fans! Brian "Stevie & Lindsey do the hokey-pokey during Tusk" j.

Man the show was friggin awesome... My seats were way up high but everybody looked and sounded great. When Stevie put on her Gold Dust Woman cape and did her trademark spin I was in heaven. Fleetwood Mac rules baby!

Awesome show! Kinda missed Christine but got over that really fast. 23 song set with only four off of the new CD. Played all of the favorites. "Oh Well" was the only song I wished they had added but World Turning made up for it. Paid $22 to see them in 1982 and $125 in 2003 was the only negative thing I could say!

The concert performance rates a 5, but the sound was not great. I think the acoustics of the cavernous Ford Center is not right for such a heavy sound system that Fleetwood Mac carries. It was echoing and the vocals were never clear. The performance was outstanding. It had been a long wait to finally see them in concert and I was not disappointed. Loved Mick's solo in the encore.

The best ever! Stevie sounded fabulous and Lindsay was on fire! Mick puts on the most awesome drum solo (vest). This is one you can't miss.

From 12th row stage right:

It was a damn good show. They took the stage at 8:25pm. End of show was about 10:50. There is no intermission and there was no support act. Buckingham is stage left, Stevie is center. Supporting musicians are stage right.

Stevie actually acted interested in one or two songs and her voice was good. She didn't seem as disinterested as previous reviews have stated here. She seemed happy. Something's up with her eyes though.....

Fleetwood had just enough of a showcase part and was good. The body drum was a nice touch.

McVie was good and just enjoyed the ride. Totally low key.

Lindsey Buckingham still has every bit of it. So many people don't realize he doesn't use a pick. It's something to point out to someone seeing him for the first time.

Christine McVie was never mentioned. I only missed her for Songbird. Other than that, don't fear missing her presence. The keys are covered.

Lots of younger audience.......high school girls in groups making Stevie motions of old.... pretty cool to see. They hadn't been born last time I saw the Mac.

Interestingly, the girl I was with commented that it seemed as though Stevie Nicks was, from a female perspective, ".....sure looking at Lindsey like she's awfully fond of him.....all night."

Sound was dead on once they got it dialed in.....3 or 4 numbers.

Lots of concession stand escapes by the crowd during new or obscure numbers. The building went clean as evidenced by the downstage rafter crowd--a few of the supporting band members turned and played to them occasionally. The hardore fans in the audience stood for roughly 70% of the show.

The Arena here sucks , with large upper sections that tend to seat one in toilet position, but hopefully those that high up were standing anyway. But this show was worth the agony of wading through the venue.....

Just got back from OKC. So I've been liking FM since The Dance stuff and basically became a hardcore fan. And I've been reading this website since then so I'm glad to say I loved the show!

Ok, whatever asshole said that Lindsey Buckingham is NOT a guitar god should be shot in the face. I mean, good GOD man, I love him! I would have Lindsey's baby. Right now. During "Tusk" he was all over the place and jumped up on John and then started to corner Stevie. Of course she would dodge left and he would cut her off and she'd fake right and he would cut her off. It was like he was working cattle. Then he got her hand and they did some kind of hokey pokey dance. OMG, it was great.

I even loved Mick's vest solo thing. I was afraid it would be long and blah, but no, it was good. I'm pretty sure he was speaking jibberish the whole solo show. Stevie looked great. And by great I mean, "Oh my gosh, she's 55 and way, WAY hot" great. John needs to step out more, he hid most of the night. And "I'm So Afraid", wow. I mean, wow. "Come" was even great, the crowd went wild after it. "Beautiful Child" is crazy good, she said she says it ever night but she never expected to sing it live. "Landslide" was sung by every dang person in the dang place, you could really hear them. And not a one, "didn't the Dixie Chicks write this?". All in all I was a happy camper and I'll be seeing them again on Thursday in Dallas. Life is good.
