5 BEING THE BEST

Here's my long review...I don't go through EVERY song...it was just an awesome night :
I cannot even begin to describe to you all the incredible experience of the Atlanta show last night....the band was AWESOME....and here I was thinkin, well they must be tired now surely they could not top when I saw them twice in June...boy was I wrong...
Highlights :
Well being 2nd row...and having Stevie smile at me was incredible.....
TUSK....Instead of the usual playful Stevie/Lindsey dance during Tusk, it was more like a boxing match...they were actually jokingly acting like they were boxing, and here's Stevie hopping around (literally) in a circle around Lindsey, not walkin, hopping....then they grab hands and dance....it was sooo fun...after the end of that song, she went to the side of the stage and started talking to Brett Tuggle and laughing, and then she acted like she punched him in the face, and he made a face and covered his face and laughed.
Stevie did a few small twirls in various songs, and of course STAND BACK got a HUGE Response...and she twirled and twirled.....her voice was top notch....and it was my fav. of the night..
Lindsey was his usual self....he broke a string during COME I think....
Stevie teased the audience and said in a very country voice " Atlanta GEORG-IA!!!"
Stevie was more energetic in June than when the tour begin, but last night EVEN more,,she was movin all around in EVERY song...it was incredible.,...
GYPSY was great...she did the "do do do do " part and at the end she did the "i still see your bright eyes...your bright eyes"
From where I was....There were NO problems with the crowd...it is seemed like a great crowd overall....I did not sit down during ONE song, and no one bothered me, and most around me stood the whole time anyway, even during the new songs...and surprisingly MANY MORE people were singing a long to the new songs this time....and they got a kick out of that...
Of course a BIG PINK BRA got thrown up on .stage, is this just a GEORGIA thing or something? lol The arena was PACKED....it was great, and the audience was as loud as ever...
LANDSLIDE was way cool this time...Stevie and Lindsey locked hands during one part, and of course they showed that on the big screens...and he gave her a nice forehead kiss at the end....
One REALLY interesting part was after Goodbye Baby, and the bows and all that, Stevie and Lindsey were off to the side of the stage while Mick was talking about THE MAC IS BACK! and all that, and he had both his arms around her, kinda standing where not many could see them, and her head was snuggled into his chest, where shawl all wrapped around her....they were interacting A WHOLE LOT last night...
After DONT STOP, instead of leaving the stage again, like usual, Stevie just put her pink shawl on right there on stage, and they stayed out to do GOODBYE BABY (Which sounded awesome), Stevie introduced it by saying "Just one more sweet little song."
I don't remember which song, but it during the end of one song, and for about a whole minute Stevie had her left foot up on Micks drum riser....as the end of the song was going....She kicked during many songs, even a nice little kick in STAND BACK... During the Guitar solo on SAY YOU WILL Stevie walked up to Lindsey while he was playing, and did the coolest little dance with him...
Stevie really seemed to get into RHIANNON, doing some VERY nice howls and stuff.... Lindsey played his HEART out in I'M SO AFRAID...Really feeding off of the crowd...and totally just freaking out...it was sooo cool....he was so great
BEAUTIFUL CHILD was of course intense and incredible...Stevies vocals were right on it...and it was just great watching her pour her heart out into this one.....ending it with "I still love you...I do...I still love you"
The whole band was great last night, I dont know how they just get better and better as the tour progresses...and Stevie was looking very fit last night, when you are that close she looks so small,.... it was a great show, the sound, the music, the band, audience...everything

Fabulous show. I know they play the same setlist every night, but they really have it down and it makes for a great show. The final few songs of the first set--"Gold Dust Woman", "Tusk", "Stand Back", & "Go Your Own Way"---
had the crowd on their feet screaming for more before they came back for the encore. I loved hearing "Never Going Back Again" and "Silver Springs" live and in person. Lindsey Buckingham is an amazing guitarist and showman. His energy was truly contagious. My wife was probably a bigger Stevie fan before the show, but she was blown away by his blistering guitar solos and manic antics all over the stage. She was convinced after the show that he is definitely the man!!! We thought it was funny that every other member of the band got a "break" at some point of the show, but Lindsey just kept on going. It wasn't until Mick came out for his "World Turning" solo in the encore that Lindsey finally got to rest! The Mac is Back!!
